Watch for a ‘mini’ online Log House Museum exhibit planned on their website for the month of in June. The exhibit had been planned in conjunction with the 2020 West Seattle High School Alumni Association All-School Reunion which has been cancelled due to the coronavirus. Refresher: The Log House Museum is located in a renovated turn-of-the-century log structure which once served as a carriage house, or stable, to the Fir Lodge. The Fir Lodge was one of the first year-round homes built on Alki Beach and was owned by prominent Seattleites, William and Gladys Bernard.
